Las Vegas Hotel Reservations - Now Open
CES secures rooms at a selection of Las Vegas hotels and uses the reservation booking site powered by onPeak. We encourage you to book early for the best selection and rates. Rates will increase as January approaches, and some CES hotels sell out quickly.
CES 2027 Know Before You Go Webinar
Attend the CES 2027 Know Before You Go Webinar in December along with your delegation to help them get ready for the event. This virtual webinar will cover essential CES information, including:

CES International Delegation Registration
Once CES 2027 is live and you are approved as a International Delegation Leader, you will gain access to the Delegation Dashboard (may take up to 3-4 business days). Here you may send delegates their CES 2027 registration invitations to join your delegation.
Review the Delegation Dashboard How-To Guide for step-by-step instructions on registering yourself and your delegates. More updates will be shared closer to registration launch.
*For a smoother registration process, please encourage your delegates to wait for their official invitation to register.
Reminder: Registering as a Delegation Leader does not register you for CES. If you plan to attend CES 2027 as well, you must complete your own registration in the Dashboard.
CES Insider Tip:
Delegation leaders who bring at least 50 delegates to CES 2027 may qualify for a complimentary hotel room during CES (January 6-9, 2027), as inventory is available.

Hotel Blocks
Remind your delegates to book their hotel room as soon as possible. If you need to request a block of hotel rooms for your delegates, visit www.CES.tech/hotels. Reservations will open Mid-August.

International Reception
Hosted by CTA, delegation leaders and their delegates are invited to the annual International Reception. Enjoy light refreshments as we celebrate tech on the opening night of CES. Please bring your CES 2027 badge for entry. Look out for the invitation soon!
